Does a high rate always mean lack of staff?expand_more
No. It can involve scaling, routing, IVR, time of day, peaks, AHT, unavailability, failures, or wait expectation. The cause must be investigated by queue and interval.
Does the calculation replace analysis by time of day?expand_more
No. The monthly rate can hide peaks. To fix the queue, analyze arrivals, abandonments, and service in 15- or 30-minute blocks.
