Free tools to decide with numbers, not opinions

Calculators and diagnostics that OmniSmart uses in real commercial structuring projects. You enter your operation's numbers and see the result on screen, with open and adjustable assumptions. How the tools work

1

Few questions, one at a time

Each screen explains what the number means and why it matters in the calculation. No long form before you see value.

2

Proper execution for each tool

The calculators run locally. Radar uses a protected backend to read the website and call the AI without exposing credentials; raw content is not saved in the report.

3

The assumptions are yours

Price, volume, rates, and reference ranges are all editable. Swap in your operation's real numbers and the result recalculates instantly.

The result is transparent. In the calculators, you see the numbers without registration. Radar asks for professional data and authorization before analyzing the website, controls scanner usage, and generates a shareable report — and data processing follows our Privacy Policy.

Notice. The tools are decision-support simulations built on the assumptions you provide. They do not constitute a commercial proposal, third-party price list, or guarantee of results. Industry reference ranges are project starting points, not audited market standards.

Frequently asked questions

Questions about the tools

Are the tools really free?
Yes. The calculators show results without registration. OmniSmart Radar asks for professional data, consent, and authorization because it performs an external scan of the website, protects against abuse, and generates a shareable report.
Which tool should I start with?
Use the OmniSmart Radar to analyze the public contact experience on the website. Use the commercial diagnosisif you want to find internal bottlenecks. For delays in response, capacity, automation, acquisition, and costs, use the specific calculators.
Is my data sent to any server?
The calculators run in the browser. The OmniSmart Radar sends the address and professional data to a protected backend, as it needs to read the website and generate the report. Provider keys do not reach the browser, and the raw website content is not stored in the Radar database. See the Privacy Policy.
How are CAC and ROAS calculated?
The tool shows media CAC: media investment divided by projected sales. ROAS is gross revenue attributed to media divided by investment. The funnel calculator respects the team's service capacity ceiling. ROAS is not profit or ROI.
Where do the reference ranges by industry come from?
They are internal operational ranges that OmniSmart uses as a starting point in projects. They are not an audited market standard. All rates are editable, and the methodology is dated in the tool.
Can I take the result to an internal meeting?
Yes. Each simulation generates a link that loads the filled-in data. Since the assumptions are in the URL, do not include confidential information. Before using it in a budget, confirm prices, dates, and other assumptions.
Does OmniSmart create tools like this for my company?
Yes. Calculators, diagnostics, and assessments that deliver value to the visitor and return a qualified lead with the answers attached to the contact are part of the platform. See tools and diagnostics to understand how to set up yours.
