Maturity of your operation

Score per journey

The shorter the bar, the more gaps were declared in that journey. The diagnosis does not quantify revenue; the label shows the maturity range.

Attack first

    Already in place

      What appeared in each journey

Problem is a direct process gap. Impact is the consequence it generates in the operation. Opportunity is revenue that exists and is not being captured.

Methodology revised on 07/28/2026: each journey has the same weight in the overall score. "Not applicable" answers are excluded from the denominator, but there must be at least one applicable answer per journey.

      The model

The seven journeys between contact and sale

The diagnosis does not look at product or price. It looks at the path. Each journey below is a point where operations lose revenue without realizing it, because the loss does not appear in any report — the lead simply does not return.

      Frequently asked questions

      Questions about the diagnosis

      What does this diagnosis evaluate?
The maturity of the flow between first contact and sale, divided into seven journeys: lead entry, customer service, visibility and management, sales, workflow and automation, expansion of the current base, and cost awareness. It does not evaluate product or price — it evaluates process.
How long does it take to answer?
There are 29 questions grouped into seven screens, one per journey, each with four options — including "not applicable." Most people finish in three to five minutes. Progress stays on the page and the result appears at the end, without registration.
      How is the score calculated?
Each applicable answer is worth 10 points when the process is structured, 5 when it partially exists, and 0 when it does not exist. "Not applicable" is excluded from the denominator. The overall score is the average of the seven scores, giving equal weight to each journey. Below 30% is critical, 30% to 49% is attention, 50% to 74% is good, and 75% and above is consolidated.
What is the difference between problem, impact, and opportunity?
Problem is a direct process gap, such as not having a reception standard. Impact is the consequence that this gap generates in the operation, such as discovering a failure only after it has already cost money. Opportunity is something that does not yet exist and would open new revenue, such as automation of base reactivation.
Can the result be presented internally?
Yes. The diagnosis generates a link that already loads all answers, so the scenario can be opened by management or the team without re-filling. The score per journey is often used to prioritize which bottleneck to attack first.
Do I need to sign up to see the result?
No. The complete score, problems per journey, and prioritization appear on the screen without registration. The form is only necessary if you want to receive the detailed report by email or speak with a specialist.
