3. Legal Bases and Sharing
Processing is carried out according to the purpose and applicable legal basis, including preliminary procedures related to a request, compliance with a legal obligation, regular exercise of rights, and, when necessary, consent. Data may be processed by hosting, form, security, communication, and analytics providers contracted to operate the website, always in accordance with their instructions and security measures. We do not sell personal data.

This policy may be updated to reflect changes to the website, services, or legislation.
7. Data Obtained from Google APIs (Google Calendar)
When a user connects their Google account to OmniSmart’s “Google Calendar” integration, we access the following Google data solely to schedule meetings requested by the user:
- Data Access: free/busy availability of the selected calendar, the list of the user’s calendars for selection, and the creation of events generated by the platform. We do not read, list, or import the user’s existing events, and we never touch events that our application did not create.
- Data Use: the data is used only to propose free time slots and to create the meeting event (with a Google Meet link and an email invitation) requested by the user.
- Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning: although the scheduling assistant uses AI to interpret the user’s request in natural language, OmniSmart does not use, retain, or transfer data obtained from Google Workspace APIs to develop, improve, or train generalized and/or non-personalized artificial intelligence or machine learning models. Google Calendar data is never used as training, fine-tuning, or evaluation data for any model.
- Data Transfer: OmniSmart does not sell or share Google data with third parties, except as strictly necessary to provide the service, to comply with a legal obligation, or with the user’s consent.
- Data Protection: access tokens are stored encrypted at rest and isolated per organization.
- Data Retention & Deletion: when the integration is disconnected in the Marketplace, OmniSmart revokes the token with Google and removes the associated credentials.
OmniSmart’s use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
