Where the money is leaking

What if an AI Agent enters the funnel?

Same investment, same team. What changes is the response speed and the ability to absorb volume — the two things that most affect scheduling and leads lost in the queue.

Adjust rates and assumptions

The rates came from the chosen sector benchmark as a starting point. Replace them with your operation's actual numbers — funnel, KPIs, gaps and AI scenario recalculate on the fly. The benchmarks are internal ranges used in projects, not an audited market standard. Methodology revised on 07/28/2026.

Notice. This is a decision-support simulation, not a commercial proposal or a guarantee of results. The numbers depend entirely on the assumptions entered, and the benchmarks are internal reference ranges per segment. The AI scenario does not include license, implementation or operational cost and does not represent ROI.

Frequently asked questions

Questions about funnel, CAC and ROAS

How is CAC calculated?
The tool calculates the media CAC: media investment divided by projected sales in the same period. If you invest R$ 20,000 and close 10 sales, the media CAC is R$ 2,000. It is not the full accounting CAC, as it does not include salaries, commissions, tools and other sales and marketing costs.
How is ROAS calculated?
ROAS is the gross revenue attributed to media divided by the media investment. A ROAS of 2× means R$ 2 of projected revenue for every R$ 1 invested. It is not profit or ROI: operating costs, taxes, margin and recurrence are not included in the calculation.
What is cost per completed meeting?
It is how much it costs to put a qualified prospect in front of the salesperson. It comes from the cost per lead divided by the combined probability of qualification, scheduling and attendance. It is the metric that most exposes funnel bottlenecks: a high no-show multiplies the cost of each meeting that actually happens.
Where do the sector benchmarks come from?
They are internal operational ranges that OmniSmart uses in commercial structuring projects, organized by segment. They are not an audited market standard. The methodology is identified and dated in the calculator; use your operation's actual numbers whenever possible.
Why does my operational capacity appear as a bottleneck?
Because generating demand above what the team can handle does not produce sales, it produces leads cooling in the queue. The calculator multiplies contacts per agent, team size and business days to find the monthly ceiling, and shows how much revenue is left on the table when lead volume exceeds that ceiling. Also see queues and distribution of service.
Do I need to sign up to see the result?
No. The full funnel, gaps and goal projection appear on screen without registration, and the link can be shared with anyone you want. The form is only required if you want to receive the detailed report by email or speak with a specialist.
